When dealing with manufacturing projects, it is imperative to know how to coordinate all the parties involved. Indeed, an end product most often requires 5, 6, or more suppliers/ manufacturers (plastic, electronic, metal, assembly, packaging, etc.).
- Hence, the importance of performing due diligence and carefully selecting legitimate and legal factories that have the capacity to answer our requirements.
- Good communication is required to be able to work together in sync on a project. At EW, we take into account the ability of suppliers to communicate well with each other, as well as their ability to think outside the box when problem-solving.
- On-site QC (quality control) is also performed on our side, in order to observe the factories’ state and working conditions.
All those factors have to be satisfactory in order to start a collaboration so that the project can be conducted without any hindrance.
At EW, we will ensure that each manufacturer/factory involved in the manufacturing process communicate with each other and updates all relevant information. In order to start production of a validated end product, all factories need to be ready and be on the same wavelength.
Once the production starts, any issue could hinder the manufacturing process and endanger the project, if a factory encounters an issue and falls behind it needs to be addressed immediately.
In order to ensure that every product is of quality and homogeneous, every step has to be approved beforehand and show consistence in quality.
